::: ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US ARE MADE AT YOUR OWN RISK. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED PACKAGES, OR PACKAGES SEIZED BY CUSTOMS. pipe dream polish is not responsible for any custom fees you may incur when shipping your order to you. Contact your local customs department for information regarding your custom policies prior to placing an order. We mark your order as a gift and polishes at $5USD each value. Your order will contain a tracking number, however we cannot estimate a time frame on delivery for international orders. This policy will be strictly enforced. Please be sure you are in acceptance of these terms before placing an international order. :::
Processing time is usually 1-7 business days. During high volume times, it can take up to 14 business days. High volume times are during a launch or a restock. If your order is going to take more than 14 business days, we will email you so that you are aware of the delay. Business days are Monday through Friday and excludes holidays that fall during business days. If the USPS does not run, that day is considered a holiday.
In the event that the USPS states that your package has been delivered to you yet you did not receive it, YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE within 24 hours of said delivery. Please understand that we cannot refund you for a package that shows it was delivered to you according to tracking. It is your responsibility to follow up to locate your package. If necessary, you will need to file a lost package claim. We cannot do this for you. Once an open claim has been filed, please provide us with the claim number. Sometimes it is necessary to wait up to 30 days for a claim to be resolved. We will do everything in our power to help you with the recovery process but ultimately it is your responsibility to follow through with your local post office for the resolvement of the missing package.

Please make sure you have the correct shipping address when you check out. If your order has been shipped prior to your contacting us due to an address change, we cannot be held responsible for your order. It is your responsibility to make sure all your information is correct. If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer’s expense or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs.
If you have made multiple orders, we will combine shipping if we see the multiple orders. It is helpful to make a note if you have made more than one order. Refunds will be processed for combined shipping if over .50 (50 cents). Please note that combined orders may ship last during a restock or launch.
All polishes are individually bubble wrapped and sealed in a bubble padded envelope. If you prefer your order to be shipped in a box, upgraded, or insurance added, please contact us prior to shipping – although understand that you will be invoiced for the additional services.
